How to create an object for sale in Next (English)

This is a short description on how to create and sell a real estate using Vitec Next. This is primarily meant as a short introduction for third party contributors in case of testing, with the use of the database VITECPARTNER. Different databases may have different configuration.

Login to Next with earlier given credentials.

CREATING AN ASSIGNMENT FROM SCRATCH AND MAKE AN ORDER

1. Create a new assignment by clicking + in the top menu and then “Nytt objekt”.

2. Enter the data for the assignment and save it. Normally, you enter an existing address and the system will look up basic information automatically and add it to the assignment. If you choose to enter an imaginary address, you will need to fill in data manually.
   1. You need an adress, real or not.
   2. You need a seller.
   3. You need a budget.
       
3. When the assignment is created, you find yourself on the front page for the assignment. Using the menu in the top left, above the main picture, choose page “Oppdragsparter”. If there is no "Selger" here, you need to add it manually. select “Utfør” and “Ny oppdragspart”. Relasjonstype must be “Selger”. 
   1. Create a completely new contact or search for an existing one, and add them to the assignment as "Selger".

4. Go to the page “Oppdragsavtale”, section “Budsjettoppstilling”, click on the Edit pen, then “Forslag”, save the suggestion.

5. Go to the page “Oversikt”, click on “Sjekkliste”, click on “Oppdrag signert” and click “Lagre” on the panel which pops up.

6. The assignment is now accepted and orders can be placed from it.
7. To place an order with an existing product, go to page "Marked og Tjenester", click on "Utfør" and "Bestill tjeneste". Choose which product you wish to order. This can be used for testing your own products. If you need help activating a product, contact support.

READY ASSIGNMENT FOR MARKETING

1. Follow all steps above.
2. Go to the page “Oversikt”, click on “Sjekkliste”, section “Markedsføring”, click on “Selger har godkjent salgsoppgave”.
3. The assignment is now ready for marketing and bids can be placed / the assignment can be sold.
4. You can add or see existing pictures of the estate under the page "Bilder".

SELLING THE ASSIGNMENT

1. Follow all earlier steps.
2. Go to the page “Bud og omsetning”, select “Utfør” and then "Omsett uten bud". You are now selling the assignment without using bids.

3. Add dates and times as needed ("Aksept tispunkt"), who the buyer is ("Kjøper") and price ("Kjøpesum") for the sale and then the green "Omsett" button.
4. If you wish to use bids, select "Ny budgiver" instead and add a bidder with all neccessary data (offered price, time limit for acceptance, etc). This is a more complicated process and we recommend not using bids unless you are specifically testing a function connected to bids.
5. The assignment is now sold.
